Flower Of The Week: Happy March!

5 Mar

Can you believe it’s already March? Remember to get all your friends with a March birthday some flowers! The birth flower for the month of March is Daffodil. Daffodils are also associated with the 10th wedding anniversary.

Daffodils are also known as Jonquil or Narcissus. They are a spring flower and can be white, yellow, or a combination of the two. Daffodils are a unique flower that have a cup (or corona) with a star shaped back. Daffodils have several meanings that change with the number of flowers or particular color. Daffodils in general mean unrequited love, regard, you are the only one, rebirth, new beginnings, and hope. Yellow Daffodils mean Chivalry. A single daffodil means Misfortune. Two daffodils mean Inspiration, and a bunch of Daffodils means Joy or Happiness.
